SUP10 spring steel complies with JIS G 4801‑2021 standard, a chromium‑vanadium alloy spring steel comparable to AISI 6150 and 51CrV4 1.8159. Vanadium refines grain structure and reduces overheating sensitivity, delivering outstanding fatigue resistance, high tensile strength and stable elastic performance under cyclic‑stress conditions, with reliable service capacity up to 300°C.
We supply hot‑rolled, forged and cold‑drawn SUP10 in round bar, flat bar and plate forms with broad size coverage and custom‑cut service. After quenching and tempering, it gains excellent hardenability, wear resistance and impact toughness to resist deformation and fracture under heavy vibration.
